Ellie Claire 365 Day Devotional Journals

By: Melissa Baker

I absolutely love this devotional journal by Ellie Claire! It is titled "Peace Begins With Me". The quality of Ellie Claire products is always amazing and elegant. The cover feels soft to the touch and the letters in the title are foil-like/metallic and they shine in the light. The devotional has an elastic closure band to keep your devotional closed and to protect it. On the inside, each page is dated and includes a scripture, a devotional digging further into that scripture, a prayer/statement to focus on, and some lines for the reader to jot down their thoughts or what God has spoken to them. There is also a ribbon bookmark to make it easy to find each day's devotional. The pages are high quality and made to last! Anyone who would like to do a yearly devotional is sure to enjoy this one!

About the Devotional Journal:
We pray for peace. We beg for it from others. We make speeches about it. But in the end, the only peace most of us can control is that little portion we display for the world to see. If we are at peace, the chaos around us seems to calm down. Our peace affects others. And the Giver of peace awaits to give us the gift that can change our world. It begins with a prayer. It begins with me.

If you would like to purchase the Peace Begins With Me devotional journal, you can do so here at Amazon or here at Barnes and Noble.

"The Earth is the Lord's and Everything In It" devotional journal is designed with beautiful peacocks on the front. The cover is very vibrant and the flowers add a simple yet feminine touch to it. The pictures are glossy and smooth. Like the Peace Begins With Me journal, this one also has a elastic closure and ribbon bookmark. The inside layout is similar to that of the Peace Begins With Me, but there are peacocks and flowers throughout. Each page is dated, and begins with a scripture. The devotional digs deeper into the verse, and there are blank lines for your thoughts. This devotional inspires you to see God in our everyday lives and throughout nature. It is a great reminder to not take for granted the beauty of this world that God has created for us to live in.

About the Devotional Journal:
A devotional journal exploring God's magnificent creation. From the small whisper of a snowflake to the large circumference of a baobab tree, all of nature is the creative expression of God. When we embrace His creative nature by taking the time to stop, notice, and connect, our hearts are encouraged and souls refreshed. Respond to the devotions, add your own creative writing, or keep track of prayers on the journaling lines.

"Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus". That phrase in itself is an excellent reminder that we need to hear daily. This devotional is a great tool to stay focused on Jesus each and every day. The cover is very glossy and soft to the touch. It has a floral design on the front and back, as well as throughout the journal. There is an elastic closure as well as a ribbon bookmark. The layout is similar to the previous two devotionals above, however the content of this devotional is different. We are reminded in this journal to turn our eyes upon Jesus. Each page is numbered, and begins with a line from a hymn or song. It also includes the scripture to look up and read. This would be a wonderful devotional journal for those who have busy lives or have a hard time slowing down and fully focusing on Jesus.

About the Devotional Journal:
When life gets busy, it’s easy to forget to spend time with God. This 365-day devotional journal offers encouraging meditations to help you spend a few moments turning your eyes on Jesus before your hectic day begins. After short devotions and Scripture for each day of the year, you will also find light journaling lines and ample space to record your thoughts, hopes, and prayers―just what you need to start each and every day with the reminder that God is always by your side.

Overall, all three of these devotional journals by Ellie Claire are very similar, yet they each are unique in their own way. They cover different topics, and have different designs, but they are all high quality and perfect for anyone wanting to follow a yearly devotional. These journals are for women of all ages, even men would benefit from them even though they have a feminine design. I am very pleased with these devotional journals and I would recommend them to every woman who wants to grow in her walk with the Lord.
Features: Archive quality, non-bleed paper; Acid-free paper and ink; Daily devotional with lightly ruled space for responses, lists, or journaling; Full-color interior design; Presentation page for personalization; Lay-flat binding; Foil; Ribbon marker; Elastic closure band.
