Shame. It's everywhere! We all experience it in one way or another. We experience shame for many different reasons... sin, body image, failures, relationships, etc. In this book, the author explains different types of shame and how to overcome and heal in the brokenness and shame we face. Every chapter begins with a scripture, quote or phrase that pertains to the type of shame that the chapter is about. And at the end of every chapter, there are questions for reflection and discussion to help you better understand and work through what was just read. I found this book to be extremely helpful and it had great insights for someone who may be dealing with these issues. This is a great resource for healing and hope. I would encourage anyone who is experiencing shame or brokenness, for any reason, to read this book.
